We have secured a mechanical and electrical fit-out package for the Met Police at a site in Morden.
We have secured an electrical installation package to four floors of new build office space at Bell Street Maidenhead, the project is due for completion March 09.

We have secured a fit-out at Ambassador House in Maida Vale, the works comprise of generator, UPS, distribution, lighting and power, air-conditioning and ventilation.

We have secured two more school extension projects at Stock and Fordham schools.
We have been awarded a further floor and reception area fit-out within Dukes Court from ISG.
We have been awarded a mechanical and electrical enabling works package from Wates Construction at Ashford College.
We have been awarded an office and comms room fit-out in Euston, the works comprise of a full M&E installation including comms room.

Following the successful completion of numerous data centres for BT, we have been awarded a further site in Kettering.
We have been awarded a large office fit-out on two sites for pension company Hewitts, the work will take place at Prospect House in St. Albans and Breakspear Park in Hemel Hempstead.
APR 2008
We have been awarded a further M&E installation package for an office fit out and comms room at Adastral Park, Ipswich.
Following the successful completion of Hemel Hempstead Data Centre, we have been awarded a further Data Centre in Blackfriars.
We have been awarded several projects within Woolwich Barracks as part of an on going MOD project. We have been awarded the electrical installation works at Bournehall School and London Colney Children's Centre.

We have been awarded a project to carry out ventilation to "The Hub", a catering facility within Adastral Park, Martlesham, Ipswich. The project involves a new energy efficient air handing plant and stainless steel ductwork and all associated controls.
We have been awarded a project to carry out mechanical and electrical services to a complete hospital ward at Lambeth Hospital, the works involve, heating, air conditioning, ventilation, controls, fire alarms, power, lighting and nurse call, the project is to be completed in November of this year.

We have been awarded a project to refurbish a directors suite for BT in Blackfriars London.
We have been awarded a project for classroom refurbishment at New Bradwell School, Milton Keynes.
We have been awarded an office fit out in Dukes Street St James, London. The project for landlord Scottish Windows involves lighting, lighting controls. mechanical supplies and small power.
